NOTICE TO GUEST:
It is our policy to answer emails
everyday, however, sometimes the situation on the island is beyond our
control and we cannot respond back as quickly as we would hope to. The
phone lines on the island are not stable, and when we receive a connection,
sometimes it just does not hold long enough to send.
If you send us a message, and you don't
receive a response that is what is happening. Please be patient, and trust
that we are as frustrated as you on this end, and we will answer your
requests as soon as we are physically able to do so.
Weather has been unusual all around the
world, and the Gili's have not escaped from this
global situation. All room bookings are non refundable. We ask that you
consider purchasing package tour insurance with your airline provider in
your country to cover your land packages. We are a very small resort, and
once we book a room, we will not release it to another guest.
